My Approach

My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier coping skills. I also draw from Psychodynamic Therapy to explore how past experiences shape current behaviors and relationships through reflection and insight.

I also incorporate Person-Centered Therapy to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. Additionally, I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help you identify your strengths, set clear goals, and make meaningful, forward-moving changes.

My style is collaborative, honest, and supportive with a touch of humor to make the process feel more human and approachable. Whether we’re working through deep patterns or celebrating small wins, I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your pace.
